SalaryReed Technology are proud to have partnered exclusively with a rapidly growing SME based in Leeds city centre to support them in their search for a Manual Software Tester.
The salary on offer for the role is £30,000 to £35,000 and my client is ideally looking for candidates with between 1 to 2 years commercial experience.
The role offers very flexible remote working, only having to go into the office on average 4 times per year.
Requirements of role
- Conducting manual test scenarios in alignment with specified acceptance criteria & documenting results meticulously
- Raising defect reports for any issues identified
- Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all testing activities to exceed quality standards
Skills / Experience
- Good understanding of manual testing processes
- A basic understanding of SQL databases
- Previous web testing experience is essential
- SQL skills
Skills that are an added bonus
- Selenium
- Postman
