Role Summary
This is a new role within our business, and the successful candidate will be providing insights and applying their knowledge to
help us leverage our bespoke software to its full potential. Working closely with our developers and data team you will be keen to
immerse yourself in our business to re-design and implement business processes into CRM and test any changes and new features.
Responsibilities:
* Understand business processes and implement automated solutions where necessary to improve throughput and reduce manual
operations.
* You will detect and analyse system defects and collaborate to resolve these issues.
* Create and maintain test documentation, ensuring efficient tracking of quality.
* Developing elements of systems design, including wireframes, process maps, business rules and other detailed deliverables.
* Developing training literature and materials to embed new processes and features.
* Assisting with acceptance integration and testing and developing project plans
* Reporting to business leaders and stakeholders
* Gathering intelligence from corporate executives and middle managers about needs and future growth.

* Able to communicate with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
* Experience creating, communicating, and actioning test strategies.
* Experience in testing web applications.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to negotiate with multiple businesses and stakeholders to find solutions for
technical challenges.
* Excellent critical thinking skills and an open-minded mentality for new ideas
* Excellent software development skills such as testing and design.
* Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.
Experience:
* At least one years of experience in process automation and software development and testing.
* Proven experience in business and technical requirements analysis, modelling, verification, and methodology development.
* Experience with web-based platforms.
