They have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Solar Engineer to Join their expanding renewables team to assist in covering the Stoke, Telford and Shrewsbury areas. Also looking for a labourer/apprentice also looking to get into the renewables industry.
Solar Engineer Position Overview
- Installing Solar panels to domestic and commercial properties (Care homes & Big warehouses)
- Lifting heavy materials, maintenance and general solar roofing duties
- Working in a team including electricians and Solar PV Roofers
- Service and repairs
- Connecting DC cabling safely
Solar Engineer Position Requirements
- Previous solar experience
- Roofing experience
- DC cabling experience
- Willingness to travel
- Full UK driver's license
- Own tools
Solar Engineer Position Remuneration
- GBP26,000 - GBP30,000 DOE
- Van plus fuel card
- 20 days holiday plus 8 BH
- 40 hour working week
- Overtime available - Time and a half
- Training and progression for the right candidates
