Solar Pv Designer/Surveyor

We are looking for an experienced Solar PV Designer and Surveyor in the Corsham area. This exciting role provides the successful candidate with the opportunity to design and oversea the delivery of renewable energy systems for our domestic, commercial and public sector customers. You will be a team player, working with a growing team of technical designers, sharing the same passion for energy efficiency. As well as being office based, you will be visiting customer sites carrying out surveys.

The successful candidate will ideally have experience in Solar PV design, surveying experience isn't essential as full training can be provided.

What does the role entail?

• Designing solar systems using PV_SOL
• Visit pre-sold solar projects to measure the roof area and look for equipment locations and cable runs etc
• Work with the Sales and Customer Success team, maintaining a high level of customer care

• 25 days annual leave in addition to bank holidays

What are we looking for?

• Good knowledge of solar PV or solid background within a trade
• Experience using PV_SOL software
• Heat pump surveying experience is desirable
• Proven solar PV and battery storage project management
• Experience working with domestic, commercial and public sector clients
• Excellent customer service skills
