SalaryA leading legal firm is seeking an Associate to join their highly regarded Healthcare and Life Sciences team in Dublin. Renowned as one of the top teams in Dublin, this team specialises in clinical negligence, healthcare, regulatory, and life sciences matters within a dynamic environment.
About the Team:The Healthcare team, recognised as one of the top teams in Dublin, provides advice on contentious and non-contentious health care legal issues, including medical malpractice litigation, inquests, health law advice, and regulatory matters. The Life Sciences team focuses on advising pharmaceutical companies and medical device manufacturers in high-profile, multi-jurisdictional litigation. This role will involve handling contentious and non-contentious healthcare legal issues, including medical product liability claims.
Required Experience:
- Irish Qualified Solicitor and/or England & Wales, with relevant experience (2-4 years PQE)
- High-level litigation experience in healthcare matters is essential
- Life sciences experience is preferred but not essential
- Medical negligence experience needed
The firm is open to candidates with healthcare litigation experience, considering both full-time and part-time positions, as well as those interested in relocating to Dublin.
