Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive (Dispute Resolution)

The Client:
Our client is a well-established law firm, providing a range of legal services catering to both personal and business needs.
The Role:
As a Solicitor, youll be independently managing the caseload of Dispute Resolution.
You will also supervise secretaries, paralegals, trainees, and others as needed.
Duties:
* Undertake legal work aligned with core values.
* Meet monthly and annual fee earning targets.
* Manage debtors appropriately, including obtaining funds in accordance with departmental policy.
* Build, maintain, and nurture a network for winning new work.
* Foster relationships with existing and past clients for repeat instructions.
* Engage in ad hoc business development activities as needed.
Requirements:
* Previously worked as a Dispute Resolution Solicitor or in a similar role.
* Minimum 8 years PQE in High and County Courts.
* Experience in a respected Dispute Resolution/litigation team.
* Expertise in contract disputes, contentious probate, landlord and tenant disputes, commercial disputes, and partnership disputes.
* Essential experience in mediation and/or ADR.
* Proven track record in managing support staff.
