Your new role
Solicitor, Contentious Probate (Minimum 5 years' PQE) to join our Dispute Resolution team, based in Reading or Oxfordshire, with hybrid working.

• Managing an agreed caseload of clients in conjunction with the senior solicitors and Department Manager
• Processing clients' cases in a timely and cost-effective basis
• Maintaining the highest professional standards in accordance with the firm's objectives and comply with the firm's quality standards
• Keeping clients fully informed of the range of services that the firm offers
• Supervising junior employees, particularly trainees, from time to time
• Supporting business development and networking activities

What you\'ll need to succeed

• Have at least a 2.1 degree
• Have a minimum of 5 years' PQE
• ACTAPS qualification is desirable but not essential.
• Business development and networking experience
• Enthusiasm with a good work ethic
