Solution Architect IoT/5G/4G

The CompanyOur client is a market leading technology business with specialist skills in data acquisition through connectivity solutions. They have successfully delivered projects around the world that are allowing public and private sector organisations to gather data and develop commercially valuable insight.The RoleThe team in the North East are specifically tasked with the design and deployment of new solutions which are built on 4G and 5G network technology. You will play a lead part in capturing requirements from key stakeholders in order to identify opportunities to use technology to improve processes and services. As a Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for:• Understanding the business needs and objectives of our clients and stakeholders• Analysing the existing systems and recommending improvements• Creating technical documentation and architectural diagrams• Evaluating and selecting suitable tools and frameworks• Coordinating with internal and external teams to ensure the implementation and integration of solutions• Ensuring the technological scalability and compliance with security standards• Estimating the project outcomes and providing feedbackThe PersonTo be successful in this role, you should have:• At least 5 years of experience in designing and developing hardware & software solutions which integrate with traditional network and other digital services• In-depth knowledge of architectural principles and services such as cloud computing, microservices, edge computing, IoT, etc.• Experience with radio, cellular, Wi-Fi, IP networks.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders• Analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify complex challenges and provide optimal solutions• Leadership and project management skills to oversee the delivery of high-quality solutions within budget and timelineThe role comes with excellent salary and benefits including bonus, generous pension and holiday entitlement in addition to a hybrid working arrangement.
