Job Summary

This position will be based in Denton - United States. 
You might be travelling up to 30% of your time.

What you will do

As a Solutions Sales Support Specialist, you will: 

  • Lead Sales Support for Solutions during the sales process, providing financial analysis, value proposition, pricing, and margin calculation, according to a pre-defined scope of offering, aligned to customer’s needs.
  • Follow up with sales throughout the process by tracking open proposals and recommendations to capture new business.
  • Secure that the pre-defined scope of offering is aligned with internal stakeholders. 
  • Govern contract creation in SAP by ensuring correct allocation of revenue across categories according to scope of supply, regular follow-up with markets to ensure contracts are on track according to what was budgeted.
  • Secure that legal and commercial policies are being followed in the quotations, control signed and pending documents and support the sales team in audits. 
  • Participate in the governance of Service Agreement process by monitoring actual sales vs budget and recommending actions to secure accuracy of quotations. 
  • Support the deployment of training/workshops about Services Solutions processes to sales and delivery organizations to secure flawlessly implementation. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams – engineering, supply chain and others to ensure delivery of the solution is as per committed time and profitability targets. 

We believe you have

  • A strong personal drive for results in combination with the ability to interact cross border and to build networks and relationships. 
  • An ability to sell your ideas to others, and your communication skills are great. 
  • Minimum of 2 years or more of experience in commercial/business areas (objection handling, business finance and selling basic concepts). 
  • Bachelor's Degree - Master's Degree is a Plus. 
  • Proficiency in Excel, SAP, BO, PBI experience is desirable.
  • Proficiency with the English language for spoken and written. 
    • A very self-motivated and organized person who has the ability to listen and address the customer's need in order to build a good market understanding. 
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust and good relationships with local and global colleagues, both in sales and technically oriented positions.
    • Strong commercial focus as well as a strong personal drive with good problem solving and coordination skills. 
    • Excellent communications skills across different levels of organization.
