Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 per annum (experience dependent) + Benefits Package

Role Overview: Join a dynamic team in Leeds as a Solutions Architect BMS Lead, contributing to the future of intelligent buildings. This role involves understanding Building Management Systems (BMS), collaborating with development teams, and leading solution design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide primary architectural leadership for projects.
• Interface with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet project requirements.
• Define hardware and software requirements.
• Collaborate on detailed project plans.
• Engage in solution documentation and approval processes.
• Support Sales in developing financial propositions.
• Assist in converting requirements into detailed proposals.
• Map business requirements to solution functionalities.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven BD Sales & Technical Solution Architecture + BMS experience.
• Technical Literacy - ability to translate functional requirements into robust solutions.
• Educated to degree level, higher degree desirable.
• Broad knowledge of areas like transformation, security, business analysis, integration, and service management.
• Expert in using architectural principles and frameworks.
• Experience in adopting governance and assurance methods.
• Design and implementation experience in multi-stream change programs.
• IoT experience.
