SalaryYou will work with the team, across our Stratford venues, to ensure that effective and efficient technical support is in place for all productions.
Reporting to the Head of Sound, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting Sound Designers by creatively assisting in the implementation and realisation of their sound designs
- Operating and plotting sound for shows on Digico deskse
- Helping with fault-finding, repair and maintenance of sound equipment
- Complying with RSC health and safety policies
- Supporting production sound in the set up of shows
The right person for this role will have:
- Working knowledge and understanding of sound and communications in a theatre environment
- An understanding and familiarity of Digico T software
- Good communication and teamworking skills
This role is offered as a full-time, fixed term contract from 1 April 2024 until 3 August 2024, 48 hours per week average, typically worked 6 out of 7 days, Monday to Sunday, based in Stratford-upon-Avon.
Interviews will take place in the week commencing 4 March.
