The Sourcing Manager will negotiate with dedicated providers according to specific policies. They will strive to achieve the best contractual conditions while also ensuring internal customer satisfaction.

As a Sourcing Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Defining supplier strategy including management and optimization of supplier panels.

• Leading negotiations and allocating needs to specific suppliers. Negotiate terms and conditions and transmit information to Procurement.

• Managing claims. Includes commercial sourcing management such as data analysis, negotiations support, etc. This may also include purchasing activities

• Developing elaborated proposals for changing processes and procedures assessing the impact on directly related processes/functions.
• Communicate the broader picture to the team. Use of basic influencing skills to deliver on assigned goals.
• Handling department work guided by procedures. Exceptional cases are resolved by choosing the right procedure.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Be Degree educated with established industry experience working in a Technical Buying or Technical Sourcing Role.

• Possess technical acumen and be able to communicate directly with engineering teams

• Have Strong oral and written communication skills and interpersonal and leadership skills.
