As part of this refurbishment, the kitchen has been completely redesigned to provide excellent facilities for their talented chefs.
Responsibilities within your new role
The Sous Chef will play an integral role within the kitchen team by supporting the Head Chef and assisting with the running of service throughout each day. You will train and mentor new chefs at junior level whilst also ensuring that all staff adhere to health and safety practices at all times. The Sous Chef will also assist in menu creation alongside other kitchen staff as well as stock ordering to ensure that supplies are replenished in line with business requirements.
Your personality, experience and qualifications
Success in this role requires prior experience in a comparable position, particularly within a 3AA Rosette kitchen setting. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a driven and ambitious approach, coupled with a proven track record of effective leadership.
