The role:
We are looking for an Events & Banqueting Sous Chef to run the events kitchen. You will work through the prep list for the events, ensure the event prep is all ready on time, ensure the various requirements on the function list is met and on the day of events ensure everything is ready for the required time. This role will include all the normal Sous Chef duties.
Experience:
We are looking for an Events & Banqueting Sous Chef with a background and experience within events, functions and weddings. We are looking for a Chef with a passion for great ingredients/produce. You will be organised and able to plan the events function sheet.
