As a Sous Chef you will be supporting the Head & Exec Chef with the day to day running of this large and very busy operation. You will be responsible for the site's restaurant offering, which is a high end bistro/modern European style of food as well as being involved in the hospitality & events.
Producing food to the highest standards is essential at this premium site, using the finest ingredients available. The site is divided between several different outlets which consist of restaurant, retail & events so having varied experience is key for this role.
This is an amazing opportunity for an ambitious Chef to showcase their skills. The ideal Chef should be from a similar environment or from a high-profile hotel/restaurant or high end pub setting with high standards of food preparation.
