Our client is looking for a Sous Chef for their stunning events venue based in the Sussex countryside, you will be supporting the Head Chef with the day to day running of the kitchen and managing a small team of Chefs. The venue caters for events of up to 300 at one time, cooking food at a 2 Rosette standard. The ideal Chef should be used to cooking for high volume at the highest level and have a strong knowledge of all the latest food trends and ideally have previous experience catering for weddings.
This is an amazing opportunity for an ambitious Chef de Partie or Sous Chef to showcase their skills. The ideal Chef should be from a similar environment or from a high profile hotel/restaurant setting with high standards of food preparation. A strong CDP or Senior CDP would also be considered for this position.
