We are looking for a Sous Chef to join a fresh-food Gastro Pub in Buckinghamshire.
The Sous Chef will have the chance to work with super fresh, seasonal produce and should have a flair for classic techniques such as pickling, smoking, fermenting, and cooking on an open fire.

About the position

• Create and develop menus that incorporate market-fresh ingredients.
• Assist the Head Chef in the daily operation of the kitchen.
• Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
• The Sous Chef will supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff, providing guidance and support.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
