Sous Chef - Prestigious College - Day Time Hours - Term Time Only

We at Jubilee are working with an independent Prestigious College looking for a passionate Sous Chef to lead the brigade in this exciting role.

We are looking for an experienced chef to support the head of college catering, someone to:

• Help develop our offering to suit the needs of the business.
• To be involved in the planning, develop and delivering of inspirational menus that are desirable and nutritionally sound.
• Balance budget and costs of the kitchen
• To oversee the day to day running of the catering team and ensuring a high level of customer service.

Highlights of this head chef role:

• Term Time only (38 weeks)
• 35 hours a week
