We are looking for a Spa Receptionist to manage our guest journey from their initial enquiries to welcoming them on arrival and supporting during their time at C.Bay Spa. You will ensure our guests have a luxurious experience with a personal touch.
Who we are looking for:
Previous experience working within a luxury spa.
Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experience with keen attention to detail
Someone who takes responsibility and initiative.
Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management and being front of house building relationships with our guests.
