Spa & Wellness Attendant, Spa

SHIFT PATTERN ( 40 hours, 5 days per week)

We’re looking for a Spa & Wellness Attendant to join our vibrant and dynamic Spa Team.

As a key member of our Spa & Wellness team we are looking for an Attendant to ensure that the looker rooms for guests are kept clean and tidy as well as to ensure the fitness equipment is well maintained.

As a Spa & Wellness attendant at Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, you will be responsible for:

  • Following all Spa & Wellness Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of the Spa & Wellness area, in particular the changing rooms, heat and water facilities, lounge, gym, pool and guest toilets.
  • Assisting spa therapists with room set up and busy turnaround times between guests.
  • Ensuring Spa & Wellness amenities and lockers are fully stocked at all times
  • Full set up and close down of the Spa and Wellness area following Standard Operating Procedure guidelines.

As aSpa & Wellness Attendant, you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 40 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary from morning, afternoon, and evening shifts (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.
