Role Overview: As an Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining planogram suites tailored to individual stores to enhance sales strategies. Your responsibilities will encompass weekly product maintenance, planogram assignments using micro Space Planning software, substituting products when necessary, building promotional ends, offering planogram support to stores, and updating bay design software. Reporting to the Space Planning Manager, you will be an integral part of the Trading team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Weekly product maintenance and planogram assignments using micro Space Planning software.
- Substituting products for the closest replacement as required.
- Building example promotion ends for each promotion period.
- Providing planogram support to stores.
- Adding new lines, product sizes, and images to our bay design software.
- The ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
- Experience with micro Space Planning software is beneficial but not essential.
- Experience working in a Retail environment is beneficial but not essential.
