Title: Latin American Spanish Speaking DELEGATE SALES EXECUTIVE
Location: CENTRAL LONDON
Pay rate: £27,000-£30,000 PA + HOLIDAY (PAYE)

- Develop databases for conferences researching the most appropriate contacts to engage and telephoning them to sell delegate seat (ticket/pass).
- As an Industry Liaison, you will be up to date with the latest news on the commodity sector producing a tailored approach per customer, building strong relationship.
- You will learn and develop your understanding across the technically challenging energy industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Phone prospective delegates to sell conference places.
- Meet/exceed monthly sales targets, telephone KPIs - connected calls, proposals, call time.
- Develop and implement campaign strategy, keeping up to date for reporting purposes.
- Data report and forecast business accurately during regular meetings to discuss campaign progress.
- Assist with delegate enquiries and up sell other conference or seminars where appropriate.
- Assist on-site and event when needed.
- Liaise with the Editorial team to maintain current knowledge of products.
REQUIRED
- Proven track record in sales, ideally Delegate Sales
- Spanish (Latin American) and English (fluent to native)
- Excellent communication with ability to network
- Strong IT skills (CRMs, Microsoft and etc)
- Proven track record of high volume of outbound calls
- Ambition and drive, and a desire to learn fast and hit challenges head on
- Bachelor's degree
