Our client based in Basingstoke are looking for a Spanish Speaking Administrator to join their small friendly supportive team on a 1-year fixed term contract covering maternity leave.
This position will suit someone with excellent administrative experience ideally working within the logistics sector as you will be liaising with transport companies and warehouses with regards to deliveries and tracking orders.
Duties:
* You will monitor and track all shipments of products from Europe.
* You will coordinate with transport companies and warehouses on a daily basis tracking orders/product.
* Generating sales orders and ensuring all administrative tasks associated with the order all completed.
* Checking and approving all paperwork associated with the import of goods, including invoicing and shipping documents.
* You will be responsible for accurately inputting the details of orders onto the ERP system.
* You will use your excellent customer service skills to make sure the business maintains good customer and supplier relations.
The successful person will ideally have the following:
* Ideally you will have worked in an Administrative logistics position.
* Ideally you are proficient in both written and spoken Spanish.
* You will have a high attention to detail.
* You will be comfortable reacting quickly under time pressures.
* Embrace new challenges and open to training.
* A competent user of Microsoft packages and with good numerical and literacy skills.
