We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Spanish Teacher to join one of our secondary schools in Litherland. The successful Spanish Teacher will be responsible for teaching Spanish to students in Years 8 to Year 10. The role is part-time, 3 days a week, Wednesday - Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and effective Spanish lessons for Years 8 to Year 10.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Monitor and assess students' progress and provide feedback and support as necessary.
- Ensure that all teaching is in line with the school's policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching Spanish to students upto GCSE level
- Excellent knowledge of the Spanish language and culture
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to plan and deliver effective lessons.
- Commitment to high standards of teaching and learning
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
This is a part-time position, starting as soon as possible, 3 days a week until July 2024. The successful candidate will join a supportive and dynamic team of teachers and will have access to excellent resources and facilities.
