Your new role
The school are seeking a well-qualified, confident, and enthusiastic Spanish Teacher to join their team. As a Spanish Teacher, you will plan, prepare, and deliver outstanding lessons in MFL (Modern Foreign Languages). Currently, we teach Spanish to all children in Key Stage 3 (KS3), but we may explore offering another language in the future. The ability to teach Spanish to GCSE level is essential, as our current students will move forward to Key Stage 4 (KS4) from 2025.
- Suitable for either an Early Career Teacher (ECT) or an experienced teacher.

- Plan and deliver engaging Spanish lessons to students.
- Encourage a climate of mutual support, self-confidence, and self-esteem.
- Collaborate with other staff members to develop and manage projects.
- Guide students' academic, personal, and professional development as a tutor.
- Stay informed about key national and educational policies and issues.
- Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree.
- Strong track record as a Teacher of MFL, with a passion for teaching.
- Ability to inspire high achievement in students from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Exceptional personal organisation and time management skills.
- Presence, enthusiasm, good sense of humour, and approachability.
