A school in Bradford has entrusted us to find an enthusiastic Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant. This part-time opportunity involves working with children aged 2 to 19 in diverse classroom settings, spanning Key Stage 1 to Key Stage 4.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Previous experience working in schools with SEN pupils or similar transferable skills.
- Presenting a patient, passionate, and professional demeanour.
- Ability to manage children with challenging behaviour.
- Confidence, punctuality, and eagerness.
- Ability to manage behaviour effectively and build positive learning relationships with SEN pupils.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience working with young people, preferably within a school environment.
- Willingness to undertake training as required for the role.
- Enhanced DBS check or readiness to acquire one through Randstad.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Eligibility to work in the UK (No sponsorship provided).
