We are developing and expanding our Adoption service including the further development, co-ordination and oversight of the Special Guardianship offer in delivering our vision for children to grow up happy, healthy, safe in their homes and communities with people who love them.

Your Role
We are seeking three Special Guardianship Co-ordinators.
As a Special Guardianship Co-ordinator in North East Lincolnshire Council's Children's Services, you will work as part of a team and take a lead role in overseeing, coordinating and managing the planning, support and provision that enables children to live successfully within Special Guardianship arrangements.
You will lead on the development of tailored, individual and robust Special Guardianship Support Plans across Children's Services, in conjunction with children, families, carers, social workers and other agencies to assess current need and develop tailored individual and robust Special Guardianship Support Plans so that children achieve and maintain positive outcomes.
You will be part of the Adoption service whose practice is highly valued and supported by skilled, knowledgeable and caring leaders and managers.
