Join a dedicated team at a Special Needs School in Ealng, where we are committed to providing exceptional Teachers and support staff. Rated an 'Outstanding' SEN school, they are currently looking to recruit a passionate SEN Teacher who is committed to promoting student development starting in January 2024. This will be a full-time position with the opportunity to go permanent.
About the role
You will be leading a class for students with Autism and Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD). The class will consist of up to 8 students and you will be required to deliver well-planned lessons in line with the school curriculum and create an engaging atmosphere for all students.
The ideal candidate
- Good experience working in a Special Needs environment
- Strong teaching background
- Must have QTS or equivalent
- Available for interview, observation or trial day
- Committed and proactive in regards to engaging students
