Job description

This is fantastic opportunity to join a fast paced and exciting industry where no 2 days are quite the same. In this role you will service after-sales calls and emails from our customers providing the excellent service that they expect from us.

Our Specialist Administration Team is dedicated and passionate about supporting our customers, going the extra mile, and making the customer feel valued at each step of their journey and make us stand out from the crowd.

You will be responsible for supporting our customers and providing great after-sales care for our cruise and tours products, across all our brands, both over the phone and via email. This will include:

  • making changes to a customer’s holiday
  • answering invoice queries
  • adding special requests to bookings
  • taking payments

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 5 days over 7, between 9am and 9pm.

To be considered for this role, you need to have the following: -

  • GCSE/’O’ levels in Maths & English language grade 9-4/A*-C or equivalent
  • Previous experience working in a customer service or travel industry environment
  • Customer Service experience – ideally in a contact centre environment
  • IT literate
  • Travel industry experience - desirable
  • Customer focussed
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and remain calm
  • Passionate about travel
