About you…

You’ll be able to show that you have knowledge and experience of Building Control, with particular emphasis on the scrutiny of designs and inspection of work across the full spectrum of the construction industry, gained within either a Local Authority or Approved Inspector setting. You will be able to contribute to our service delivery and manage your own workload without day-to-day supervision, across all types of construction projects, from small domestic to complex commercial schemes.

Ideally you will be a chartered member of an appropriate Building Control related professional organisation (e.g. CABE, RICS, CIOB), but if you are still working towards this, and have suitable experience, we’d still love to hear from you.
