SUMMARY:
Support C&B Consulting manager through;
l Implements the company's Compensation and benefit programs and activities so that they meet the company's objectives with regards to internal equity and external market competitiveness
l Maintains local benefits policies/programs such as like retirement benefit plan
l Gathers appropriate data for Compensation and benefit survey
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Retirement Plan Administration
2. Local benefits policies/programs Operation
3. Support to Design, develop and implement local benefits policies/programs
4. Benefit Survey
5. Expats Administration
6. ESPP Operation
7. Employees Query Handling
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
No people management required.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
1. Bachelor’s degree
2. Minimum of 3 years of HR experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
3. Comprehensive knowledge of Japanese labor law, social security system and tax regulations.
4. Comprehensive knowledge of benefits programs (Pension, Group Insurance, etc.)
5. Business level of English and Japanese
