We are delighted to be supporting our client in their search for a Specialist Customer Care Advisor. The successful Customer Care Advisor will be proactive and empathetic with the ability to deal with a variety of customer support queries.
Main duties;
- Responding to enquiries, handling complaints and providing support to customers.
- Acting as a point of escalation and finding the best solutions while communicating effectively with customers.
- Investigating and responding to customer complaints by identifying the root cause and managing the customers’ expectations through to resolution.
- Understanding customer circumstances and evaluating their vulnerabilities while assessing how best to support them.
- Sharing knowledge and the service we offer to our customers.
- Working within the company framework of processes to ensure regulatory requirements are adhered to.
- Building and maintaining great relationships with third parties to work collaboratively to identify beneficial ways forward for the customer.
Required skills;
- Enjoy working in a customer contact environment with a passion for helping customers.
- Problem-solving and solution-focused mentality.
- Experience dealing with various Specialist Customer support responsibilities, including handling customer complaints and supporting vulnerable customers.
- A desire to offer customer service excellence and always looking for ways to improve customer experience through continuous improvement suggestions.
- Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in resolving customer questions and issues, handling customer objections and supporting customers in difficult circumstances.
- Willingness to learn and develop.
