The Occupational Therapy Service provides an excellent clinical supervision programme, active professional development, service development working parties and actively supports student placements from several universities.
You will need to/have:
Relevant qualifications and current registration with HCPC
Current clean, full driving license
A combination of relevant skills, experience, and specialist knowledge in a range of presentations and settings.
Demonstrate high-level written and oral (including telephone and teletherapy/video calling) communication skills
Be self-motivated and able to work in a team environment
Knowledge and understanding of the application of quality care and evidence-based practice
Demonstrate a high level of organisational and time management skills
Ability to work within the Values and Visions framework of the Isle of Wight NHS Trust
Across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight healthcare services are evolving and transforming to meet the continuing care needs of our population. Now is a very exciting time to join Isle of Wight NHS Trust as we enter this period of change.

Subject to approvals, the aim is for the new Trust - Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust - to be formed by April 2024.
People employed in our community, mental health and learning disability services by the Isle of Wight NHS Trust on 31 March 2024, will transfer to the new organisation under Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) on 1 April 2024.
