Reward Operations is accountable for delivering compensation and benefits operations across the Sky Group, working closely with the Group Reward CoE to ensure delivery of both the day to day reward activity and the strategic objectives of the Reward CoE, from annual review cycles to annual benefits windows and compliance audits.
The Reward Operations Specialist People Coordinators are responsible for processing a broad range of activities including Reward, Payroll, Global Mobility, Recognition and general people Admin. We are an agile team with a focus on cross skilling across all workflows.
What you'll do:
  • Working across multiple disciplines including Global Mobility, Recognition and Reward. You’ll provide a professional, high quality advice and efficient customer experience for our employees within specified SLA’s. This includes a broad range of HR transactional processes, complex case investigations, liaising with key stakeholders to resolve issues and implement cyclical activity as well as answer general queries.
  • Own, investigate and resolve queries on the full range of Specialist Co-ordinator Reward Operations work streams with the ability to step out into the wider People teams to support when needed.
  • Work in partnership with 3rd parties to resolve and investigate queries owning the relationship with Sky employees and managers, ensuring expectations are always managed with effective education & communication.
  • Work closely with Centres of Expertise, People Advice & Admin teams and 3rd parties to resolve queries and deliver our core responsibilities, ad-hoc requirements, projects and changes.
  • Provide support for regular, reoccurring and ad-hoc activity including projects and change initiatives.
  • Support with any upskilling required and communication related Specialist topics and changes to People Advice to enable them to deliver a great advisory service to employees.
  • Have a focus on continuous improvement to ensure we always deliver in the most efficient and effective way for our customers whilst providing 3rd parties with feedback to improve their service.
  • Carry out reporting as required on regular and reoccurring basis to support with various Reward work activities and audits.
  • Work closely with other Specialist Coordinators to ensure a one team ethos where we all multi- skilled to support our colleagues to deliver for all our customers.
What you'll bring:
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced HR Specialist administration team with knowledge of Reward, Recognition or Global Mobility.
  • Experience of managing complex queries and/or high volumes of transactions under pressure and within strict deadlines whilst demonstrating the ability to re-prioritise and manage a diverse workload.
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail. It would be great if you had High quality MS Excel skills with the ability to collate and analyse data e.g. using VLOOKUPS and pivot tables.
  • Great communications skills - written, on the phone and face to face with proven ability to interact and build effective relationships with key stakeholders including Payroll, Finance, Centres of Excellence and 3rd party providers with the confidence to lead calls when required.
  • A real love of exceeding expectations and delivering exceptional service and results.
  • A flexible attitude with an eagerness to learn and continuously improve our processes and ways of working.
  • A self-starter with a positive can-do attitude and a desire to help the whole team be successful.
