Senior Specialist, Credit Risk Assurance
Working at our iconic office in King’s Cross, London or Leeds and virtually via Microsoft Teams
In joining our Salesforce Platform team within Digital Comms you will consult and support on Salesforce Marketing Cloud delivery, functionality, technical architecture and solutions. You’ll work alongside a collaborative team of SFMC SMEs to train and support our Digital Comms colleagues in the build, testing and deployment of multi-channel campaigns and automations. You will be key in championing the latest capabilities of SFMC and Datorama platforms and educating our peers in best-in-class implementation and technical solutions to everyday challenges.
You’ll deliver you’ll bring
Demonstrable experience in using Salesforce Marketing Cloud with solid grasp of functionality and configuration
Practical experience in Email Studio, Automation Studio, Content Builder, Journey Builder, Mobile Connect, Automation Studio & Audience Builder
SQL, Ampscript, HTML and CSS coding experience
Ability to strive for results and rapidly iterate better solutions using agile methodologies
Ability to support a full Salesforce project lifecycle from idea creation to implementation
Highly organised and effective in fast paced organisations
Excellent data and reporting skills with good knowledge of database management systems and process
We need knowledge, experience + expertise in:
Experience in a commercial marketing, analytics, CRM, or digital function with an understanding of Commercial drivers and critical metrics
Experience with using Datorama
Experience in Financial Services or highly data-driven B2C environment
Experience with using work management software such as JIRA and Confluence
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist and/or Developer certifications
SFMC technical support or consultancy background
