Specification Co-Ordinator

Reporting into the Customer Specification Manager, the Specifications Coordinator will work alongside the specification team to facilitate the scheduling of specification updates and ensure timely completion.

This role is crucial in gathering information from all areas of the business and the timely completion of final product specifications for products manufactured, at various sites. This will include calculation of nutritional information and ingredient declarations in addition to the provision of allergen and other on-pack information by the required deadlines.

You will be required to check and approve artworks in line with the product specifications, as well as to retailer policies and provide advice around specifications and artwork to other teams within the business.

You will also be required to liaise with technical, development, commercial, packaging regarding supplying technical information for every product produced.
