SalarySpecification Manager required with experience of sales to architects, main contractors, consultants and quantity surveyors within the façade / building envelope sector. The Specification Sales Manager will be aiming to secure projects, through specification and will provide technical support to clients/customers throughout the design phase. The position will be covering Scotland and the North-East of England therefore the successful applicant will be living on patch.
Specification Manager Position Benefits:
- Salary £45,000 - £55,000 (dependant on experience)

Specification Manager Position Overview
- To develop good relationships with architects, main contractors, consultants and quantity surveyors.
- Target specification opportunities across Scotland and the North-East in order to grow customer base.
- Fully responsible for the full co-ordination of each project
- Provide technical support to architects/contractors in the design phase
- Maintain close communication with other Sales / Project Managers
- CPD presentations
Specification Manager Position Requirements
- Experience in dealing with architects in the target area, in particular on matters relating to design and specification.
- Experience with the facade and fenestration industry.
- Proven track record of successful business development.
- Ability to deal with technical issues.
- Full driving licence
