The Customer compliance technologist is responsible for accurately handling customer requirements from specifications and artwork though to queries and complaints whilst ensuring deadlines are adhered to.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver customer specifications while ensuring compliance with legal, food safety, quality, and customer requirements.
• Manage customer queries, communications, and approval documentation, including maintaining customer systems.
• Coordinate accurate and compliant artwork generation and approval.
• Support key stakeholders in product introductions or changes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role in the Food industry.
• Experience working with major retailer specification systems.
• UK / EU Legal labelling training.
• Experience working with Sage/SAP or similar software.
• Desirable internal audit training
