Speech and Language Therapy Clinical Manager III
TTM Healthcare Solutions are delighted to be recruiting for a Speech and Language Therapy Clinical Manager III for HSE Children's Disability Services, based in Bray, Co. Wicklow.
This is a full-time role with an expected placement duration of 6 months. The purpose of the role is to oversee the Assessment of Need process and development of children's services in terms of access and compliance.
The successful candidate will work as part of the HSE Disability team for children's service and will have a key role in ensuring the effective delivery of children's services and in addition developing systems to ensure compliance with Disability Act and Assessment of Need. S/he will act as an advance clinical resource to the AON team, the Disability Management Team and CDNT's. S/he will ensure the optimum use of available resources and delivery of effective and timely wait list initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria:
•Must be registered with CORU
•Have 5 years full time (or equivalent) years post qualification clinical experience of which 4 years full time (or equivalent) must be consecutive in the required area of specialism.
•Experience working in Disability Services or other care areas, as relevant to the role.
•Significant Operational experience in managing and/or delivering a complex service.
•Experience of managing and working collaboratively with multiple internal and external stakeholders, as relevant to this role.
•Experience in team management and development.
•The requisite knowledge and ability (including a high standard of suitability and management ability) for the proper discharge of the duties of the office.
•Must have the eligibility to work in Ireland (hold a working visa)
