SalarySPLUNK ENGINEER - Fully Remote in the UK, £65k + on-call + bonus and bens
I'm an experienced (20 years) cyber recruiter looking to make contact with skilled Splunk Engineers, in the UK, with FULL right to work, and 5 years UK work history as a minimum due to nature of project. If you've had some team leadership or project leading experience we particularly want to talk to you!
You'll ideally have some years in Cyber, with a few years of hands on experience as an ENGINEER, NOT just a user / analyst. Ideally with ADMIN experience or certs, including but not limited to; onboarding of log sources, Splunk Enterprise Building, log ingestion, parsing, building add-ons, structuring unstructured data and more. We're happy to see engineers from a SOC background, but this role will require hands-on Splunk Admin and engineering skill, ideally with some poject lead / team / task leadership.
We would love to find technical people that grasp and appreciate the concepts and theory, can relate logs to use cases, and who thrive on gaining and using new knowledge.

Some things we would love to see on your CV would include;
- Hands on experience with Splunk Enterprise, including Splunk Enterprise Building, parsing, log ingestion and onboarding
- Design and lead on projects, task division and delegation
- Splunk Admin Certificate (although not mandatory you need to be about this level!)
- Experience with one of, Splunk Cloud, MDE, Splunk Enterprise Security
- Experience of working in an MSSP
