Burton and South Derbyshire College is seeking to appoint a qualified, committed, and enthusiastic individuals to join our Sport and Public Services Curriculum Team to deliver on a range of Sport courses.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to innovative learning, teaching, and assessment. Ideally be actively engaged within the Sport & Exercise industry and is willing to develop relationships with local, regional, and national employers. To be successful it is essential to have a good honours degree that is relevant to the post and would be desirable to hold a master's degree in Sport.

The College is looking for individuals who are committed to helping learners stretch and challenge themselves and develop the skills sets necessary for progressing onto their next career step. The position would involve Course Leadership responsibility, monitoring individual, qualification, and course performance, with identification and implementation of appropriate support.

The successful candidate will teach across a range of Sport programmes which could range from Level 1 to Level 6 BA (Hons). This will be aligned to occupational skillset in-order to deliver high quality teaching, learning and assessments to our learners. In this role, the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate innovative teaching and learning, coupled with excellent communication skills to motivate and guide learners to succeed.
