About The Role
**Please note that this vacancy requires the successful candidate to work 37 hours per week, 38 weeks during term time with a salary of £16,286.44 pro rata per annum.
A holiday payment for 6.2 weeks of £2,657.26 will be paid equally over 12 months in addition to the pro rata salary above**
East Kent Colleges Group have an exciting opportunity for a Sports and Enrichment Coach to join their team at EKC Broadstairs College.
As a Sports and Enrichment Coach you will be an enthusiastic, responsible and reliable person joining a team delivering an outstanding student experience and Enrichment program.
You will work with the Assistant Principal for Support and the Student Experience Officer to help plan, promote and deliver a range of activities and trips which enhance and support the student experience.

About You
You will be a great team-player, approachable, resilient, and customer-focused.
You should have experience of creating and running regular sporting activities and clubs, be able to build and sustain local sporting partnerships and create an offer which encourages inclusion.
