I am working with a leading provider of legal and claims solutions firm whose lawyers are experts in their fields. Their clients include some of the largest insurance companies in the country and the firm has recently expanded its services into dispute resolution, debt recovery, employment and product liability and has plans to continue to expand in 2024. Your new role

You will be asked to competently deal with a case load of casualty litigation files including elements of civil and property damage, health and safety / criminal investigations and prosecutions, inquest proceedings, risk management and claims defensibility and coverage within our case management system.

You will be working alongside an experienced Associate Partner who has a strong interest in working with high profile clients in the sports sector both nationally and internationally.

What you\'ll need to succeed

You will ideally have at least 4 years PQE within a similar role handling a full and varied case load of insurance litigation files. Experience of working in the insurance industry would be beneficial but is not essential.

You will need to work to deadlines and manage the lifecycle of a claim from start to finish including reviewing and drafting document on behalf of an international Casualty Associate Partner.
