We are looking to appoint an experienced Sports Coach who will have an important role in delivering high quality PE, school sport and physical activity. It is an excellent opportunity for a flexible, creative and committed individual to join our happy, vibrant and skillful team.
We are looking for someone who:
- has at least two years’ paid experience of teaching Physical Education in a primary school.
- has a good working knowledge of the primary PE National Curriculum.
- has excellent organisational and communication skills.
- has experience of inclusion within the mainstream setting.
- can deliver a range of extracurricular sports activities.
- understands the individual needs of children and can develop and inspire young people to become and stay involved in sport and physical activity.
- aware of the PE, School Sport and Physical Activity funding requirements and can record impact statements on to the report
- has experience in classroom management.
- can communicate with children, parents and staff effectively.
- is caring, fun, creative and inspiring
- has a passion to ensure the very best for our children.
- is available to work before and after school hours
