GSL Education are looking for enthusiastic Sports Coach to work in school settings in Newcastle.

Job Summary:

• Sports Coach is responsible for teaching the fundamental skills and techniques required for the sport.
• Sports Coach helps students understand strategies, game plans, and the nuances of the sport.
• Sports Coach implements fitness programs to improve students' overall physical health and sport-specific conditioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, deliver, and evaluate engaging sports lessons and activities
• Encourage and motivate students to participate and excel in physical education
• Organize and oversee school sports events and competitions
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment for all students
• Collaborate with other staff members to promote a holistic approach to education

Requirements:

• Relevant coaching qualifications or experience
• Passion for sports and working with children
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to inspire and motivate students
• Commitment to the well-being and development of all students
