Are you a Sports Graduate looking to break into the education sector?
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated Teaching Assistants to join our team of support staff in schools across Reading and surrounding areas. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting teaching and learning in the classroom, working alongside experienced teachers and education professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Support teaching staff with lesson preparation, delivery, and assessment
- Assist with the supervision of students during lessons and activities
- Provide one-to-one support to students who require additional help
- Help to maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Develop your knowledge and skills in teaching and learning practices
Requirements:
- A degree in Sports or a related field
- Experience working with children or young adults (desirable but not essential)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work varying hours, including mornings, afternoons, and occasional evenings

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
