Responsibilities:

• Student Engagement: As a Sports Specialist Learning Support Assistant, you will actively engage with students, fostering their love for sports and physical education.
• Inclusive Learning: Provide support to students with diverse learning needs, ensuring that every individual can participate and enjoy physical activities.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sports department and teachers to create inclusive lesson plans and activities.
• Motivation: Inspire and motivate students to develop their physical skills, teamwork, and a healthy lifestyle.

Requirements:

• A genuine passion for sports and physical education.
• Previous experience working with students, particularly those with special educational needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant qualifications or training in sports coaching or a related field.
• You will need a valid DBS
• You will need proof of right to work in the UK
• You will need to be able to provide references so we can conduct background checks
