Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations with an emphasis on efficiency and timely completion of projects.
• Guarantee Quality: Maintain the highest standards of spray painting quality to achieve complete client satisfaction.
• Maintenance Oversight: Ensure regular maintenance, cleaning, and calibration of painting equipment to maintain optimal performance.
• Inventory Mastery: Manage inventory levels and procure supplies cost-effectively.
• Team Leadership & Development: Foster a culture of excellence, safety, and continuous learning.
• Safety First: Model and enforce stringent safety protocols.
• Customer Engagement: Develop and sustain robust client relationships, ensuring their visions are realized to their fullest satisfaction.
• Stay Ahead: Keep abreast of industry trends and innovations, integrating best practices into daily operations.
• Financial Stewardship: Manage budgets and costs to enhance shop profitability.
• Documentation Expertise: Maintain accurate records and generate detailed reports as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 years managerial experience in spray painting or a related field.
• Proven proficiency in spray painting techniques and equipment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong financial management capabilities, with a focus on budgeting and cost control.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Relevant industry certifications are considered an asset.

Location Requirements:

• Must be able to reliably commute to or plan to relocate to London before starting work.

Education: GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

• Supervising: 6 years (preferred)
• Customer Service: 6 years (preferred)
