As a Sr Analyst, you will collect user requirements, utilise our existing database (and extract data where required) to build self-serve Dashboards and Reports on People Analytics. You will be passionate about applying modern analytical concepts to provide concise and compelling story-telling using people data, to shape business decisions.
Building, maintaining and enhancing dashboards in Power BI in line with agreed visualisation principles, starting with our upcoming HR Learning / Training dashboard.
· To be able to communicate challenges, research possible solutions and present them to the team.
· To be able to manage customer expectations by ensuring timely and efficient communication both internally and externally.
· To be able to extract/manipulate data from/in multiple sources like SAP, Excel, SQL or Alteryx while ensuring data definitions are approved by the business owners.
· Liaising with internal database team, HR Business Partners and other key stakeholders to identify business questions/problems/pain points, and designing sustainable solutions to address these, using people data and storytelling/visualisation.
· Minimum 100 hours of Power BI report development experience, willing to be an expert in it, and has the ‘can-do’ attitude.
· Internal or external customer (stakeholder) management for the full life-cycle of PBI Report/Dashboard
· Comfortable to extract data from large datasets using tools like Alteryx/Tableau/PowerBI
· At least one recognized certification or equivalent demonstrable work experience
· Power BI development experience of 6 months or more, or a MS Certification
· Alteryx transformation experience of 6 months or more, or an Alteryx Certification
· Project/Product Management Qualification
· Previous experience in Learning / Training Data
