Our client, who is one of the world's leading law firms with a number of offices internationally, has an amazing opportunity for an HR specialist with a strong background in project management to join their HR Department as a senior HR Project Specialist.

Responsibilties:

• Assist with developing, managing, and executing the HR operations, onboarding, HR benefits, orientation, performance management, and compensation initiatives at the firm.
• Build and maintain relationships with HR advisors, HR business partners, and centers of excellence.
• Manage and lead all HR programming needs for the firm.
• Develop and deploy to improve the onboarding and orientation experience for new hires at the law firm.
• Manager vendor selections and relationships.
• Create and manage reports on key HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of programs and functions.
• Conduct orientation meetings with new employees and partners to ensure a successful integration into the firm.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of supporting HR functions.
• 3+ years of HR project or program management.
